At House of Auravi, we are committed to delivering high-quality fashion with care and precision. However, if you receive a defective item or the wrong size, we’re here to assist you with a hassle-free return and refund process.

✅ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for defective items or wrong sizes delivered. The return request must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

💸 Refund Policy

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the refund status. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4–5 working days.

🚫 Note:

Returns requested after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted. We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, color dislike. Returned items without original tags or signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
